Customers with mobility impairments who use Sylvia Park Station are advised to board the front carriage of trains, where access to the train is easiest. If you require further assistance boarding or travelling on the train, please ask either the on-board or platform staff.
Future works to improve mobility access between the platform and trains are planned for mid-2027.
